O mapa desenhado por ele data de 1937, tendo sido aprovado pela antiga ''Directoria de Viação da Prefeitura de Porto Alegre'', denominado "Projeto de Arruamento em Retiro da Ponta Grossa, do senhor Felippe João Schwarz". O loteamento, contudo, não foi totalmente concluído, e hoje o morro abriga, em meio à mata, escadarias em pedra executadas pela firma de Wiederspahn que serviam de passeios do loteamento.
